Fine place to stay Positive: Nice renovated bathroom with good water temperature and pressure. Negative: Kitchen is a bit outdated but not an issure if you're not using it

Positive: It was a cute little house with everything we needed. Less than 10 minutes walk to town. Quiet area. Negative: The booking description didnt mention that 2 of the beds are in a separate studio from the main house. As a result, 2 of our children had to sleep separate to the main house which wasn't ideal. And as they had no toilet, we had to leave the house unlocked at night so they could let themselves in if they needed the bathroom.

Positive: Location super between lake tekapo and mount cook. Twizel town had excellent facilities so great spot for our family 4 day stay. Negative: Outdoor room not suitable for my family of 6 awkward for toilet use during night. Kitchen old needs modernized.

Positive: The host is a professional company managing close to 100 properties in Twizel; as such, they are very professional in their communications and responsive to our demands. Our grill ran out of gas, and they delivered it on short notice, on the morning of Christmas Eve! We truly appreciate their professionalism. Negative: Note that one room is detached from the main house. It's not obvious to us from the listing description.
