This is a great house very well appointed.Only criticism is with adults the hot water system is marginal especially if the spa bath is to be used. The cleaning was a bit disappointing. The garage hadn’t been swept out. The ash from the fire still in bucket just outside. The bbq area a bit messy. The house though first class

This property was perfect for our stay as we photographers explored the areas around Twizel and within a day's return journey.Very quiet street and a short drive to the shops.Great kitchen and living area. As there was a couple and myself, we only used the master bedroom and one of the other queen bedrooms which were well sized. The beds were very comfortable, but some new firmer pillows would be good.The recycling heating system was very difficult to operate and did not stay on for very long. Great to have a washing machine, but a dryer would be necessary if the weather was wet. Luckily we were blessed with beautiful sunshine for our 7 days.The hot water tank for the property is not instantaneous, so if you had a house full of people they would need to have very short showers indeed.Great outdoor area and backyard.

Great set up, Ideal for families, was perfect for us for accommodation for South Island rowing regatta & we are especially grateful for promptness of responses considering the short notice we gave the property owners.Overall, a great weekend in a lovely property with close proximity to all the amenities.Mike & Marian
